Delete your data

Last updated: 10 June 2026. Your data is yours. Here are the two ways to withdraw it from Analízamelo: disconnect a single integration, or delete everything.

This English text is a translation provided for convenience. The legally binding version is the Spanish one: if the two differ, the Spanish text prevails. Switch the language to Español at the top of the page to read it.

1. Disconnect a single network or account

If you only want us to stop reading one platform — Facebook, Instagram, Google — you don't need to delete anything else. Go to Integrations inside your account and press Disconnect on that card.

Disconnecting immediately erases that platform's access tokens and any data we had pulled from it. No copy is kept elsewhere: it is a deletion, not a deactivation.

You can also revoke our permission from the platform itself (on Facebook, under Settings → Apps and websites). If you do it that way, the connection will stop working and you can remove it from the list in Analízamelo.

2. Delete your account and all your data

You can do it yourself, no permission needed: go to Settings, open Delete my account and type your email to confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. If you'd rather we did it, email soporte@analizamelo.com from the address you signed up with — asking from that address is how we verify it is really you.

You don't need to give a reason or answer any questions first. We won't try to keep you with offers either.

What gets deleted, and when:

WhatWhen
Your account, saved business and its analysesImmediate if you do it from Settings
Social connections and their access tokensImmediate
Reports, strategic plans and activity logImmediate
BackupsUp to 90 days, due to technical rotation

If you have an active subscription, we cancel it before deleting anything: you won't be charged again. When the request comes by email instead of through the site, the maximum turnaround is 30 days; if you hear nothing, chase us, because something went wrong.

3. What we cannot delete (and why)

Two things survive deletion, and we'd rather say so here than surprise you later:

  • Invoices. The law requires billing records to be kept for tax and commercial periods (up to 6 years). They are stored blocked: used only to meet that obligation, nothing else.
  • Public market data. Competitor analyses are built from public Google information, which isn't yours and doesn't stop being public because you delete your account. What does disappear is your business, your history and anything identifying you.

4. Your other rights

Besides deletion, you can ask us to access your data, correct it, port it to another service or restrict its processing. All of it works the same way: an email to soporte@analizamelo.com from your registered address.

If you believe we haven't handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es)). Full detail is in our privacy policy.
